The LPC Executive/Membership Committee meets at the Ventura County Office of Education Conference and Educational Services Center (CESC), 5100 Adolfo Road, Camarillo, unless otherwise indicated. These meetings, as well as all standing committee meeting conducted by the Council, are governed by the Brown Act and are open to the public.

This committee is comprised of the chair and vice-chair of the Council, last year's chair, standing committee co-chairs, and a representative from a leading educational agency, or LEA (Ventura County Office of Education). This group's primary function includes overseeing the policies and procedures of the Council and providing the Council with recommendations for budget and membership issues.
