The LPC Quality & Professional Development Committee meets at the Ventura County Office of Education Conference and Educational Services Center (CESC), 5100 Adolfo Road, Camarillo, unless otherwise indicated. These meetings, as well as all standing committee meetings conducted by the Council, are governed by the Brown Act and are open to the public.

Quality & Professional Development Committee Goals:

• - Promote high-quality child development programs for all children in Ventura County

• - Promote the education and training of child development professionals

• - Recruit and retain early childhood education professionals in the field to promote a quality early learning workforce
